01

Introduction and scope

These terms explain the relationship between a user or customer and WOWTAKE when using the website and its services. WOWTAKE is a brand developed within AdvanceTek; the confirmed contracting legal entity must be completed in the legal settings before launch.

02

Definitions

The WOWTAKE online shop and services.
Customer
A person who creates an account, places an order or uses a service.
Product
An object or item presented on the website.

03

Using the website

The website must be used lawfully. Users must not disrupt services, seek unauthorised access, impersonate others, perform harmful automated extraction or submit damaging content.

04

Customer accounts

Account information must be accurate and current. Users are responsible for protecting their password and reporting suspicious access. Accounts are restricted or closed only for a justified reason and under applicable law and approved procedures.

05

Product information and presentation

Images, dimensions and details are provided to describe each product accurately. Reasonable variations in texture, colour or the mark of the hand may occur in artistic objects, but cannot excuse a material mismatch or defect. Screen colour can also vary.

06

Price and currency

Display and payment currencies, taxes, corrections to pricing errors and currency conversion follow confirmed commercial settings. The final payable price is shown before an order is submitted.

07

Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Acceptance can depend on payment, stock and order details. Customers should review items, address and total before submission.

08

Payment

Payment is processed through enabled methods and authorised providers. WOWTAKE should not directly store full card details except within another approved and lawful mechanism.

09

Availability and cancellation

An order may be cancelled after review if stock is unavailable, payment fails, information is incorrect, a legal restriction applies or a material technical error occurs. Appropriate notice and any refund follow the approved policy.

10

Shipping and delivery

Method, cost and delivery estimate are determined by destination and product during checkout. Details and exceptions are explained on the shipping and delivery page.

11

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, required evidence and refund method follow applicable law and the approved return policy. No unconfirmed return period is promised in these terms.

12

Personalised products

Personalised products may have different cancellation or return conditions under applicable law and the confirmed policy. Final specifications must be shown before production or order approval.

13

Custom requests

Submitting a custom request does not create a paid order. Feasibility, price, timing and final specifications are confirmed separately. Customers must have the right to submit any uploaded files or content.

14

Gift cards

Eligible products, partial use, expiry, refunds, transfers, lost codes and other limitations follow the confirmed gift-card settings displayed before purchase.

15

Bundles and Experience Kits

Included items are listed on the product page. Optional additions may change the price and availability can depend on the components. Returns follow the approved bundle policy.

16

Intellectual property

Design, text, trade marks and assets owned by WOWTAKE or its licensors may not be used commercially without permission. Rights in makers’ or third parties’ work remain with them except where a contract or licence provides otherwise.

17

User content

Users retain ownership of their text, images, audio or video. They grant only the limited permission needed to review a request and provide the service, and must have the legal right to submit the content.

18

Limitation of liability

Responsibilities must remain proportionate, fair and compliant with applicable law. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final wording requires legal review.

19

Events outside reasonable control

Performance may be delayed by events outside reasonable control. Reasonable steps are taken to communicate and reduce the impact, while statutory customer rights remain intact.

20

Changes to the terms

The current version and revision date are published on this page. Material changes affecting earlier orders apply only where lawful and with appropriate notice.

21

Governing law and disputes

Governing law, competent venue and dispute process must be confirmed from the contracting seller and destination market through legal review. A software-development jurisdiction is not automatically the customer jurisdiction.

22

Contact information

Confirmed business and legal contact details are supplied from central settings. Until they are completed, customers can use the contact page.
