How information is collected, why it is used and which choices are available to you.
Protecting customer information matters to WOWTAKE. This policy explains what information may be received when you browse the website, create an account or place an order, and how it is managed.
Last updated:
This policy covers the WOWTAKE website, accounts, orders, custom requests, gifting services and support communications. Independent third-party services may have their own policies.
WOWTAKE is the customer-facing brand developed within AdvanceTek. The confirmed registered entity, legal address and privacy contact must be completed in the central business settings before public launch.
Depending on the service, we may receive the following information:
Product, amount, address and payment-status information is kept to process an order. Full payment-card details are normally processed by an authorised payment provider and should not be received or stored directly by WOWTAKE unless another approved mechanism is in place.
Information such as IP address, device and browser type, viewed pages, referral source, consent identifiers and performance data may be processed for security and service improvement. Non-essential analytics or marketing use depends on your choice.
Depending on the activity and market, processing may rely on performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent. The precise basis for each activity must be confirmed through legal review before final publication.
Information may be shared only as necessary with authorised payment, delivery, fulfilment, hosting, technical, operational messaging and consented analytics providers, or with legally empowered authorities. Providers are documented when contracts are finalised.
Some providers may process information outside the user’s country. The locations, legal basis and safeguards for any transfer are recorded after the provider and legal review are confirmed.
Retention depends on the kind of information, order needs, account status, legal obligations, security, consent and legitimate business needs. Confirmed schedules are maintained centrally and information is not kept longer than necessary.
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to limit unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law and the request, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent and complain to a competent authority. Identity may be verified before action is taken.
Marketing messages are sent only where a valid choice and permission exist. You can use the unsubscribe link or account settings. Operational order, security and support messages are separate from marketing.
A buyer may provide limited recipient details for delivery, personalisation or a gift message. The information is used only for that purpose and the recipient is not added to marketing without separate consent.
Service age requirements must follow the final market decision and applicable law. If information has been received contrary to the approved age rules, the privacy contact can review and address it.
This policy may be updated when services, technology or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears on the page and material changes are communicated through an appropriate channel.
Use the contact page for privacy questions or to exercise relevant rights. A dedicated privacy contact will be shown here after business confirmation.
