Every object begins somewhere between observation and memory. A colour seen in an old room, the rhythm of a familiar pattern or the feel of a worn surface can return as line, colour and texture.

In the workshop, decisions accumulate slowly. The maker tests proportion, repeats a gesture and allows the material to answer back. The result is more than an object: it is a memory given a new, useful form.
